Professional Fire Safety Audits for Full Compliance

Fire Auditors provides professional fire safety audits across Queensland and Australia to help businesses stay compliant and reduce risk. Our inspections verify every fire protection system and document your compliance under Australian fire safety regulations.

Why Regular Fire Safety Audits Are Important

Regular fire safety inspections are required to maintain compliance with Queensland fire safety laws. These audits identify risks, confirm system performance, and ensure that all fire safety installations meet the standards set by the Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008.

Stay Compliant with All Fire Safety Regulations

Queensland fire safety laws require every building to maintain functional fire systems and documentation. Routine audits confirm your compliance with the Building Fire Safety Regulation 2008 and the Queensland Development Code, preventing penalties and enforcement notices.

Protect Property and Business Assets

Fire audits identify maintenance issues and hazards that could result in serious property damage. Addressing these early keeps your systems reliable, protects your building and equipment, and safeguards the investment you have made in your business.

Can you help  with fire extinguishers and smoke alarms?

No, and this is an important distinction. Fire Auditors is an independent auditing company. We assess and report on compliance, we do not physically service, install, or maintain fire equipment. If you need extinguisher servicing, smoke alarm testing, or any fire equipment maintenance, you need a licensed fire protection company. We are happy to point you in the right direction. If you need an independent audit on top of your maintenance, which is a separate legal requirement, that is where we come in.

What types of buildings do you audit?

We audit commercial buildings, residential strata complexes, body corporate properties, convention centres, office buildings, warehouses, industrial facilities, government buildings, and large organisations across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. If you are unsure whether your building type falls within our scope, contact us and we will let you know quickly.

Can you audit multiple buildings?

Yes. We work regularly with strata managers and body corporates responsible for multiple buildings. We can audit individual buildings as required or set up an ongoing compliance schedule across your entire portfolio so nothing slips through. If you manage multiple buildings and want one consistent, reliable auditor across all of them, contact us to talk through how we would structure that.
